THE GIN
KNUT HANSEN is a unique gin from the north of Germany developed by two young friends from Hamburg. Our handcrafted gin is manufactured and botteled in Flensburg.
REGIONALISM
To us producing a regional in means using regional botanicals. We process apples from the farmers around Hamburg and cucumber as well as basil come from our own cultivation.
PRODUCTION
KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN is handcrafted and four times distilled in a complex process and with lots of love for the little details, before we fill the gin in our distinctive ceramic bottles.
